ASI Accreditation
operates through ASI North America PB LLC, a Public Benefit organization.
We are a sister company of Assurance Services International GmbH (ASI Assurance), with ownership held by the Forest Stewardship Council A.C.
Our Board of Directors guides our mission and provides oversight of ASI North America.
Day-to-day leadership rests with the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, and is supported by our office and operations team.
Accreditation decisions are made independently by our Accreditation Committee.
This group of internationally recognized experts brings the knowledge and impartiality needed to make sound, consistent decisions that clients can rely on.
Our Impartiality Committee brings together independent representatives from across the sustainability certification and accreditation system to strengthen confidence in the impartiality of our work. The committee helps us identify and address potential risks to impartiality and supports fair, credible accreditation processes.
Our Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of ISO 17011, supports all of this. This alignment with international best practice makes our accreditation services rigorous and credible across the world.
