ASI NA publishes its second Derogation
ASI is pleased to announce the publication of its second Derogation which applies to the status of minor Nonconformities (NCs) at the time of Reaccreditation.
ASI North America (ASI NA) announces the publication of its second Derogation (ASI-DER-20-002), to become effective on its date of approval 22 May 2024. The Derogation applies to the status of minor Nonconformities (NCs) at the time of Reaccreditation. Until now the ASI NA Findings Procedure (ASI NA-PRO-20-107), and ASI NA Accreditation Manual (ASI NA-MA-20-101) required all NCs irrespective of their grade to be closed before Reaccreditation could be granted. However, with this derogation minor NCs may remain open during this process. This derogation shall remain valid until a revised version of the ASI NA-PRO-20-107 and ASI NA-MA-20-101 is published.
