ASI North America issues derogation on Nonconformity (NC) deadlines
This derogation shall remain valid until a revised version of the ASI NA Findings Procedure is published.
ASI North America has issued its first Derogation (ASI NA DER-20-001-V1.0), to become effective on its date of approval, 12 September 2023.
The Derogation applies to NC deadlines as established in ASI NA Findings Procedure (ASI NA-PRO-20-107), which are currently stated as 3 months for minor and major NCs and that will be changed to follow the timelines as ASI.
