Kiwa Colombia S.A.S Voluntarily Withdraws its RSPO SCC Accreditation

Kiwa Colombia S.A.S has notified ASI and the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) that they are voluntarily withdrawing their Accreditation/Approval for RSPO SCC.

Kiwa Colombia S.A.S Accreditation/Approval has officially notified ASI on 06 January 2026 about their decision to voluntarily withdraw from RSPO accreditation/approval. ASI has accepted the decision and the withdrawal will be effective on 6 April 2026. In order to facilitate the transfer of the certificate holders (CHs), following the effective date a transition period will be in place which will end on the 6 July 2026. CHs may transfer their certificates to a new Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) at any point, up to 6 of July 2026.

During the transition period, Kiwa Colombia S.A.S is working with ASI to provide any information and support to its clients making the certificate transfers.

Read the new version of the ASI NA Accreditation Manual.

Selecting a new CAB

CHs are encouraged to promptly identify and select a new CAB to facilitate the seamless transfer of their certificates. To assist in this process, a list of available CABs can be accessed here.

Risk of Certification Expiry

Please note that failing to take action within the stipulated transition period carries the possibility of certificate expiration. Such expiration could have operational and compliance implications for the CH within the framework of RSPO SCC standards. ASI may extend the transition period for justified reasons (e.g. reasons beyond the CH’s control).
